RETURNS
We accept eligible return requests within 3 days from the date of delivery.
A ₹59 return fee is applicable to an approved return.
This return fee must be paid before the return request can be processed.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return:
Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Step 2: Record a clear video showing the product and the issue/reason for the return.
Step 3: Email the video and your order details to:

Reason for return
Clear product video
Our team will review the request and inform you whether the return is approved.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product should be returned in its original condition and should generally be:
Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
In original packaging
With tags intact, wherever applicable
Returns may be rejected if the product has been used, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise shows signs of customer misuse.
RETURN FEE
A ₹59 return fee is applicable for an approved return.
The customer is required to pay this fee for the return to be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a clear video of the product/order.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution after verification.
Important
Return requests received after 3 days from delivery may not be accepted. All returns are subject to verification and approval by KR Creations.
