SHIPPING
Our shipping charges are:
Order Value Below ₹499 Shipping Fee: ₹59
Order Value ₹499 and Above Shipping Fee: Free
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery:
Orders are processed and dispatched through our shipping partners.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.
RETURNS
We accept eligible return requests within 3 days from the date of delivery.
A ₹59 return fee is applicable to an approved return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return:
Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Step 2: Record a clear video showing the product and the issue/reason for the return.
Step 3: Email the video and your order details to: kr@krcreations.in
Please include:
Order number
Customer name
Phone number
Reason for return
Clear product video
Our team will review the request and inform you whether the return is approved.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product should be returned in its original condition and should generally be:
Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
In original packaging
With tags intact, wherever applicable
Returns may be rejected if the product has been used, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise shows signs of customer misuse.
Important
Return requests received after 3 days from delivery may not be accepted. All returns are subject to verification and approval by KR Creations.
