ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers can request cancellation of their order within 1 hour of placing the order.

After 1 Hour
Cancellation requests made after 1 hour of placing the order may not be accepted because the order may already have entered processing, packing, or dispatch.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
REFUNDS
If a cancellation or approved return qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and after any required verification.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or other financial service provider.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may therefore vary.
RETURN REFUND
For an approved return, the applicable ₹59 return fee will be charged to the customer as stated in our Return Policy.
The refund amount will be determined after the returned product has been received and inspected.
REFUND FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with the required video and order details.
After verification, KR Creations will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
REFUND METHOD
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the applicable original payment method or another suitable method communicated by KR Creations.
The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your bank account or payment account may depend on the relevant payment provider.
